A few weeks ago I posted an awesome tasting recipe, Peach Salsa. This salsa made my husband’s taste buds scream, ‘KA POW!’ After I posted this recipe I was told by so many people that I should try the salsa with mangos, so I did. Mango Salsa is as simple of a recipe as the Peach Salsa and just as amazingly delicious.
For this recipe I only used 1 mango, it was huge. I also made sure to remove the insides of the jalapenos and the seeds. In addition, I used a white onion because that is what I had in my refrigerator but I would have rather used a purple onion; purple onions are much more colorful.
As I stated, this is a simple recipe. Basically all you have to do is cut, chop, mix and squeeze. After the Mango Salsa has been created, you can top it on any type of meat or dish or you can use it as an appetizer. Mango Salsa adds such a beautiful touch to your meals and the flavor is spectacular.
